MARVION LTD Shipping Policy

All orders are processed Monday-Friday. Processing times vary depending on the type of product.

Handcrafted Furniture (Made to Order):- Production time: 4-12 weeks depending on the item.- Customers will receive regular updates throughout the production process.

In-Stock Items:- Dispatch within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch.- Large furniture deliveries may require scheduled delivery windows.

International Shipping:- Europe: 5-14 business days.- USA & Canada: 7-21 business days.- Rest of World: 10-30 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Furniture Delivery & Handling

Large or fragile items are delivered using specialist couriers to ensure safe handling.

Includes:- Scheduled delivery time.- Room-of-choice delivery (where available).

MARVION LTD Shipping Policy- Optional assembly services (additional fee).

If your location has restricted access (e.g., narrow stairs, limited parking), please inform us in advance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.- MARVION LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:- Contact us immediately at info@marvion.co.uk.- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

MARVION LTD is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping

fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:- A shipping confirmation email.- Tracking information (where available).

Large furniture deliveries may be coordinated directly by our logistics partner.
