Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MARVION LTD, every piece we create is crafted with exceptional care and delivered with the same level of precision and respect. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we manage delivery, lead times, logistics, and responsibilities for all orders placed through www.marvion.co.uk or directly with our team.

1. Production Lead Times

Most MARVION pieces are handcrafted, made to order, or fully bespoke. Lead times vary depending on:

  • Material availability

  • Complexity of the design

  • Workshop schedule

  • Finishing requirements

  • Seasonal demand

Estimated lead times will be provided at the quotation or order‑confirmation stage. These are guidelines, not guarantees, but we always strive to meet or exceed them.

If delays occur due to factors outside our control, we will notify you promptly.

2. Delivery Options

We offer several delivery solutions depending on the nature of the item:

Standard Delivery

For smaller, non‑fragile items. Delivered via trusted courier partners.

White‑Glove Delivery

Recommended for luxury furniture and larger pieces. Includes:

  • Professional handling

  • Room‑of‑choice placement

  • Packaging removal

  • Optional assembly (if applicable)

International Delivery

Available upon request. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery method

  • Special handling requirements

All delivery charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Scheduling

Once your piece is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. For white‑glove deliveries, you will receive:

  • A delivery window

  • Confirmation of the delivery team

  • Any preparation instructions (if required)

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Doorways, staircases, lifts, and hallways can accommodate the item

  • Access routes are clear and safe

  • Any special access instructions are provided in advance

If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, additional charges may apply for redelivery or storage.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your item upon arrival.

If you notice:

  • Damage

  • Defects

  • Missing components

  • Incorrect items

please notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order reference.

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • No one being available to receive the item

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Access restrictions not communicated in advance

a redelivery fee may apply.

8. International Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control.

9. Storage

If you are unable to accept delivery once your item is complete, we may offer short‑term storage. Extended storage may incur additional fees.
