These Pre‑Order Terms apply specifically to all items purchased from the MARVION x Yves Fouquet collection. By placing a pre‑order, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The MARVION x Yves Fouquet collection represents a limited, handcrafted production series created in collaboration with French master artisan Yves Fouquet. Each piece is produced with exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke finishing, and strict quality control.

1. Nature of Pre‑Order Items

All pre‑order items in this collection are:

Handcrafted to order
Produced in limited quantities
Made using premium materials sourced specifically for this collaboration
Created through artisanal processes that may involve natural variations

Because of this, pre‑order items are considered bespoke and made‑to‑order, even when following a standard design.

2. Pre‑Order Payment Terms

To secure your piece:

A non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of pre‑order.

The deposit amount will be clearly stated at checkout or in your quotation.

The remaining balance is due:

Prior to production, or
Prior to dispatch, depending on the product category

You will receive written confirmation of the payment schedule.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your pre‑order.

3. Production Lead Times

Lead times for the MARVION x Yves Fouquet collection vary depending on:

Material availability
Workshop schedule
Level of customisation
Finishing requirements

Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order. These are approximate and may be adjusted due to the artisanal nature of production.

We will notify you of any significant changes.

4. Cancellations

Because each pre‑order item is handcrafted specifically for you:

Pre‑orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Deposits are non‑refundable.

If you request cancellation before production starts, we may, at our discretion, refund part of the deposit minus administrative and material‑allocation costs.

5. Changes to Your Order

Any requested changes (dimensions, finishes, materials, hardware, etc.) must be submitted before production begins.

Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of the MARVION x Yves Fouquet collection:

Pre‑order items are not eligible for return or refund

unless the item is:

Faulty
Damaged in transit
Not as described

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

7. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines will be confirmed once production is complete.

For this collection, we strongly recommend white‑glove delivery, which includes:

Professional handling
Room‑of‑choice placement
Packaging removal
Optional assembly (if applicable)

International delivery is available upon request. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
